At Redders IT Pty Ltd ("we", "us" or "our"), we are committed to safeguarding your privacy. We comply at all times with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) as set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This Privacy Policy explains how the Gnurl mobile application (the "App") handles information about its users. In short: we do not collect any personal information from you when you use the App. The App has been designed so that nothing about you or your device is transmitted off your device by the App itself. Please read this Privacy Policy in full for details on the limited circumstances in which information may be handled, including by the platforms that distribute the App.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU

Redders IT Pty Ltd does not collect any personal information from users of the Gnurl App. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location data, device identifiers, usage statistics, crash reports, or any other information that could identify you as an individual. No account creation is required to use the App and no login or registration process exists within the App.

The App does not use analytics SDKs, advertising frameworks, crash-reporting services, or any third-party data collection libraries. The App does not request any device permissions beyond those strictly required for it to function as a puzzle game.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Because we collect no personal information from you, there is no personal information for us to use, disclose, or otherwise process. We do not build user profiles, serve personalised content, or monetise user data in any form.

Any data generated by the App — such as your current puzzle state, your high scores, or your game settings — is stored locally on your device only and is not accessible to us.

APP DESIGN AND DATA TRANSMISSION

Gnurl is designed to function entirely on-device. The App does not make any network requests to servers operated by Redders IT Pty Ltd or any affiliated party. Game codes are generated locally on your device using a deterministic mathematical algorithm; no server interaction is required to create or redeem a game code.

You may share a game code with another person by any means of your choosing (for example, via a messaging app). This sharing is entirely at your discretion and is conducted through your chosen platform, not through the App itself.

SHARING WITH THIRD PARTIES

We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise disclose personal information to third parties because we do not collect any personal information to disclose. We have no data-sharing arrangements with advertisers, data brokers, analytics companies, or any other third parties in respect of App users.

LEGAL DISCLOSURE

Notwithstanding the above, we may be required to disclose information in response to a valid legal process, such as a court order or subpoena, or where required by applicable law. Given that we hold no personal information about App users, any such disclosure would not include personal information collected through the App.

PLATFORM-LEVEL DATA, APPLE APP STORE AND GOOGLE PLAY

When you download or purchase the Gnurl App through the Apple App Store or Google Play, those platform operators may collect information about you in accordance with their own privacy policies. This collection is governed by Apple's and Google's terms and is outside our control. We encourage you to review those policies:

Apple may provide us with aggregated, anonymised download and sales reports through App Store Connect. These reports do not contain personally identifiable information about individual users.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is suitable for general audiences, including children. Because the App collects no personal information from any user, it does not collect personal information from children. We do not knowingly solicit or collect information from minors, and the App contains no mechanisms to do so.

STORAGE AND SECURITY

All data associated with your use of the App — including puzzle state, settings, and completed game records — is stored locally on your device using the operating system's standard local storage facilities. This data is subject to your device's own security and access controls (such as your passcode or biometric lock).

Since we do not receive or store any personal information on our systems, we do not maintain servers or databases containing your personal information and are therefore not subject to data breaches in respect of App user data.

YOUR RIGHTS

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, you have rights in relation to your personal information, including the right to access and correct personal information we hold about you. Because we hold no personal information about App users, there is no personal information for us to provide access to or correct.

If you have a privacy concern or complaint, you may contact us using the details below. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the App, or applicable law. When we update this policy, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the App following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
